Weight gain after childbirth

I thought I already lost the flab around my face and belly. But duh, no, they sag. Urrgh. And they look ugly, too, including those red stretchmarks on my belly, thigh, and behind. Yak! (To borrow the word from my 4-month old baby)…

Yes, I haven’t gotten rid of the flab. Four days after I gave birth, my skin’ so smooth, soft, and flawless. But now after four months, I look so aged. GASP…must be of sleepless nights or because of the stupid weather here (extreme heat outside but cold inside – you know, flakey skin ewww)…

A few months back when I had no maid yet (again, I mean), I already lost 4 kg. But now that my Indonosi maid is back, ugh, I still have to lose 7 kg. Goodness. Kill me. My tummy, I think, is sagging. No. I don’t have to think. I can see it. I can feel it. It’s useless to criticize myself. I think that the more I would gain weight if I do so. I should better stop complaining. But I can’t. I feel like I’m too old, too flabby, and too dry.  Uggh.

My pants used to be size-26, but now…uhh, I’m too shy to even write it here. I must do something before I’d totally be out of my mind (that’s an exaggeration, of course)…One thing I am certain I will refrain from eating rice, and from conducting parties at home. We used to party almost every week or every other week. Goodness. It’s ok to have parties, to eat more, if and only if, I AM BURNING what I have eaten. But how? I don’t even sweat here. I bought a hula-hoop, but it’s darned too heavy or I don’t know how to use it. My friend has gotten rid of her flabby stomach and huge waistline when she used her hula hoop. We exercised together for a week and she lost 2 kg, but me? NADA…Uggh. Maybe I haven’t given my best shot yet – at EXERCISING or LOSING WEIGHT. It’s maybe because I don’t feel any pain when exercising. No pain, no gain. I should remember that.
