For three months, I managed to take good care of my baby ALONE, of course, with the help of my hubby at night. The result was FANTASTIC! My baby is gifted. Thanks God. However, I noticed that when someone’s with me at home, say, a nanny or…whoever, I feel like my time for my baby is lessened maybe because the nanny gets my baby from me from time to time. As I had previously mentioned in my blog post, I got scared when my baby suddenly became uninterested in talking, and making baby noises. So, a few days ago, I designed a new schedule that I have to strictly follow in taking good care of my baby from four months and onwards. Here goes:
A.M. Schedule
- pray together upon waking up
- eat solid
- moisturize with Cetaphil and Glysolid
- take a bath at late morning because I allow her to sleep after eating her solid (of course, after she has burped)
- massage
- watch Baby Einstein Mozart video
- listen to Baby Mozart music
- book reading
- vitamins: green barley and ceelin
- speak to baby in English (occasional – Filipino, and Arabic)
P.M. Schedule
- massage
- moisturize
- watch Barney (must be installed first, I forgot)
- listen to nursery rhymes in mommy’s laptop
- book reading
- talk to baby
- listen to Baby Mozart music
- speak in English
- drink water
Evening Schedule
- play with baby
- teach baby the alphabet and numbers using baby’s Interactive Laptop
- massage
- picture-taking
- sing a song with baby/daddy
- talk to baby
- sponge bath
- speak in English
- drink water
- moisturize
