October is here! Yay and Nay!

Oh my God, I have totally forgotten about the calendar! I thought September isn’t over yet!

It’s both a yay and a nay for me that October is here!

Yay! because we’d be going back to our home country soon.

Nay! because I am panicking inside. I have still a lot of flab to lose!

I have to visualize myself wearing that ideal, perfect weight.

I have to eat well.

I have to exercise moderately.

I have to keep moving.

It’s past 1a.m. already and I am still wide-awake; tinkering the Web on how to lose my flab in just a month. Geez.

Hard work, dude!

I just joined SELF to keep me motivated.

Pilates for moms who’d love to get back to their pre-pregnancy shapes and sizes

Women, who have just given birth, (and who really gained much during their pregnancy, yours truly is included, sigh) are wondering how on earth can we remove the flab in our bodies. We’re wondering what kind of exercises can help us fast track our goal to lose weight, tone our legs, remove the fats around the abdomen, and be totally fit.

I had been looking around the Web on how to help me tone my legs. I recently bumped into a Web site about PILATES [Founder: Joseph H. Pilates] (puh-lah-teez), and I think it would do long-lasting wonders to our bodies. Pilates “improves our mental and physical well-being, increases flexibility, and strengthens muscles”.
